Our bodies are miraculous machines that evolved over time to do everything possible to keep us not just alive, but to thrive.
Prior to the comforts and conveniences of modern life, food was scarce, and day-to-day life required a high level of fitness to survive. Today, most of us live a largely sedentary lifestyle, both at work and at home. Modern technology and conveniences have largely eliminated the previous physical requirements needed to perform activities of daily living. All this is compounded by an endless supply of highly processed, energy dense, readily-accessible
foods designed to make us eat as much, and as often, as possible.

We employ a multi-faceted approach to combat the problems created by modern conveniences. We offer both virtual and in-person personal training services. Training is available separate from our other programs OR as an add-on to our medical or weight loss program at a discounted rate.

We will work with you based on your individual needs and goals, with the resources available to you, while understanding the constraints of our busy lives.
